HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Orchard Telecom Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We invest in training. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
