HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Ashton Health provides primary and specialty care in Philadelphia. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
