HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Wren Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Nashville presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
