HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
