HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Sparrow Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
