HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Granite Press Group produces print and digital publications in Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
