HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
