HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Bridge Freight Group is a Baltimore logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We reward reliability. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
