HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Loom Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Sacramento, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 367 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
