HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bright Loom Financial is a financial-services company in Virginia Beach. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
