HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Knoxville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 314 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
