HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Silverline Hollow Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Savannah working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
