HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Harborlight Mill Care Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
