HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Glen Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
