HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
