HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Silverline Clear Energy is an energy provider in Spokane focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
