HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Amber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Charlotte region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
