HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Baltimore, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
