HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Fox Medical Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
