HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Meadow Community Partners runs community programmes across Nashville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
