HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Glen Inspection Services is an inspection company in Savannah with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
