HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Iron Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
