HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Clear Health is a healthcare provider in Spokane with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
