HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Pike Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
