HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Glen Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
