HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
