HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Vista Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
