HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Corner Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Buffalo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
