HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Timber Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
