HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Community Partners is a nonprofit in Colorado Springs supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
