HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Silverline Vista Property Management is a Louisville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
