HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
