HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Mill Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
