HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Sparrow Energy Partners delivers power and gas plans across the Colorado Springs region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
