HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sparrow Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
