HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova West Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
