HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Corner Pharma Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation.
