HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
