HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ember Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
