HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Willow Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
