HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak North Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
