HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Vista Staffing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
