HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Kestrel Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
