HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Hollow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 378 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
