HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Ironwood Cedar Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 418 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
