HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit North Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Houston region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
