HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Cedar Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
