HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ashton Foods Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
