HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Rook Markets serves neighbourhoods around Jacksonville with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
