HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Ironwood Systems is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
